CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

In accordance with MediStaff continued employment responsibilities, employee agrees to and acknowledges the following MediStaff policies:

  • It is the employee’s responsibility to keep all licenses / credentials current and submit them to MediStaff within reasonable time.
  • It is the employee’s responsibility to submit their time sheets to MediStaff in a timely manner.  Employees must submit a time sheet for each shift to receive compensation for that shift.
  • Any and all orientations will be paid in conjunction with the first duty shift worked at the facility for which the orientation was attended.
  • Employee will not disclose, give, sell or transfer any personal patient information in accordance with the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.
